Quick Overview

  • Ships from Japan with tracking. Methods: Registered Airmail / EMS (FedEx/DHL on request).
  • In-stock: ships in 3–5 business days. Pre-orders: ship after release + supplier arrival.
  • Customs/VAT: paid by the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs/local conditions.
  • Returns: within 30 days, only unused/unopened. Return address is in Japan (provided after contact).
  • Cancellations: limited. Approved cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

📦 Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Japan. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size/weight.

Shipping Methods

  • Japan Post: Registered Airmail / EMS
  • Courier on request: FedEx / DHL (contact us before ordering)
  • All shipments include a tracking number.
  • Insurance coverage varies by method; higher coverage with EMS/Courier.

Handling Time

  • In-stock items: 3–5 business days after payment (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Pre-order items: Ship after the official release date.
  • During peak seasons/releases, handling may extend by 1–3 days.

Delivery Time (Estimated)

  • Registered Airmail: 14–30 business days
  • EMS / Courier: 3–10 business days
  • Delivery times can vary due to customs, local conditions, or weather.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated automatically at checkout by region and quantity/weight.
  • We combine shipments whenever possible to reduce fees.
  • Combined shipping is only available for orders that have not yet been dispatched.
  • Large orders may be split into multiple parcels to comply with carrier limits.

Tracking & Updates

  • Tracking is sent via email when your order is dispatched.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement after hand-off.

Lost / Damaged Items

  • We will file a compensation claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery attempt with photos of packaging & item.
  • Refunds are based on the carrier’s claim result and coverage of the chosen method.

💳 Payment

We use secure payment providers. Prices are shown in USD; your provider may apply FX fees depending on your currency.

Methods & Currency

  • Major credit/debit cards and PayPal accepted.
  • All charges are processed in USD. Your bank may apply FX fees.

Security

  • Processed by PCI-compliant providers; we do not store card data.
  • Suspicious orders may require additional verification.

Address & Name

  • Please enter full legal name and a complete address in English.
  • P.O. boxes may require postal methods; couriers might not deliver.
Tip: A mismatch between name/address and PayPal or card billing details can delay processing.

🗓️ Pre-order

  • Ships after the official release date and supplier delivery to us.
  • If combined with in-stock items, the order ships together when pre-orders arrive.
  • Release dates are subject to change by the label/manufacturer.
  • Want in-stock items early? Place a separate order.
  • Allocations/benefits (POB/Lucky Draw) are first-come by supplier stock.

🧾 Customs & Taxes

  • Import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We cannot mark items as a “gift” or under-declare beyond carrier policies.
  • Customs inspections may extend delivery times outside our estimates.

📮 Packaging Policy

  • Photocards are shipped in sleeves + rigid toploader or equivalent protection.
  • Multiple items are bundled to minimize movement and corner wear.
  • Outer packaging: bubble mailer or box depending on volume.

📭 Undeliverable / Return to Sender

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed status, or refusal, we can reship (new postage required) or refund the item price minus shipping.
  • Please contact us within 14 days of the return notice to arrange the next step.

🗑️ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are limited because we reserve/prepare stock quickly. Approved cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

🛒 In-Stock Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations are generally not allowed.
  • Under special circumstances, a cancellation may be approved with a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

💬 Already Shipped Orders

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Please refer to our Return Policy if needed.

⚠️ Delayed Release Dates

  • Orders cannot be canceled without a fee due to manufacturer or supplier delays in release dates.

📦 Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 7 days before release: 10% cancellation fee (min. $10).
  • Within 7 days of release: 15% cancellation fee (min. $15).
  • Delayed release dates are not eligible for a fee waiver.

💰 Cancellation Fees

  • All approved cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
  • The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Each cancellation request is reviewed individually.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any cancellation at our discretion.

↩️ Return Policy

To protect collectors and ensure authenticity, we accept returns only under the conditions below.

🔄 Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and unopened.
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included.
  • Returns due to change of mind are accepted only if the item remains completely unused and unopened, but return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • All return shipments must be sent to Japan.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as sale or final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued depending on the condition of the returned item.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • International return shipping can be expensive; please check your local rates.

📬 How to Initiate a Return

  • Please contact us in advance through our contact form before returning any items.
  • The return address in Japan will be provided after we confirm your request.
  • Items must be repacked in a manner similar to the original packaging.
  • Returns must be shipped with a trackable shipping method.

🔁 Replacements / Exchanges

  • We offer replacements for defective or damaged items when available.
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
  • Replacements will be sent after we receive and inspect the returned item.
